1. You can add someone to only contribute to your blog by posting contents and nothing more.

2. You can add someone to have the admin privilege i.e. have the same access you have as the owner. 

These above steps are the types of privileges you can give others on your blog. Make sure you only grant step (2) to someone you trust. Anybody that has the step (2) privilege can even remove you as the owner of the blog, and the blog becomes his/hers. So,

 How do you Invite contributors/admins/author to your blogger blogs

• Login into your blogger account 

• Go to “Blogger Dashboard” 

• Click on your “blog title” 

• Navigate to “Setting” tab on the left side of your screen and then click on “Basic” 

• Beneath permissions, click on +Add authors, enter the email address of the contributor(s) in the space provided and finally click on invite authors.

>>>An open box will come up where you will put the email of the contributor you are about to invite.
